Anglers Rest is a Victorian three storey house, situated close to the water’s edge in Bangor’s premier position, with magnificent views of Bangor Bay, Belfast Lough and the Irish Sea. It is convenient to the town centre, Bangor Marina, shops, restaurants and bars. It is a short walk to Ballyholme beach and Ballyholme Yacht Club.

Your host, Georgina, will provide first class service with hospitality at its very best.

The bedrooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated, some with en-suite and some with sea views. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining room, which overlooks the water.

There are many in this area of natural beauty, including the coastal walk which goes as far as Crawfordsburn, fishing, sailing, golf, horse riding and walking. The Ards Peninsula, Strangford Lough and Scrabo Tower and Country Park are a short drive away. Belfast is easily reached either by road or by train direct from Bangor, which takes approx 30 minutes. The Ulster Folk and Transport Museum is a fifteen minute drive away.
