Your hosts, Mrs Jan Joyce and her daughter Mrs Pam Horrox welcome you to their family home. We specialise in providing quality bed & breakfast for couples and single travellers. Irish hospitality is a way of life in Newcastle, County Down, a small seaside town nestling at the foot of the Mourne Mountains in Northern Ireland; so come and be our guests and experience a first class service and a comfortable stay.

Our home
We are approximately one mile outside Newcastle, County Down, so we offer the amenities of the town and yet allow you to experience the peace and beauty of some of Ireland's most tranquil and beautiful countryside. Click here for things to see and do in the area.

We have three comfortable en-suite rooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds and all the rooms are on the ground floor with lovely rural views; are central heated and have TV. On arrival, tea or coffee will be served and an evening meal can be arranged locally if required. In the morning a full breakfast with choice of menu is served in the conservatory where there is a lovely view of the Mourne Mountains………you really must taste our wheaten bread!
