Murphy's is a single storey whitewashed cottage, less than a mile from the edge of the mountains and looking out
across the Mournes to the sea. Dating back to the beginning of the last century, it was comprehensively renovated in 1999.
In the front of the cottage is a large garden bounded by traditional stone walls.
This cottage is not at Hannas Close, but about 2 miles further on towards the mountains.
There is no telephone at this cottage.

ACCOMMODATION
Sleeps 4 - One double bedroom, one twin bedroomGround floor only:
Living/dining room with original stone open fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with over bath shower and WC. Oilfired central heating.

FACILITIES
Linen and towels are provided. There is a fridge, washing
machine, microwave, television, welcome pack, open fire, central heating, and garden
furniture is supplied. A cot and barbecue are available on request. |

holiday resort town with restaurants, Irish pubs, nightlife, Rostrevor, Warrenpoint, Newry. The painter or
photographer will know about the magnificent scenery of the Mountains of Mourne 'sweeping
down to the sea'. The beautiful Silent Valley reservoir is in easy reach of the cottages,
and a range of scenic drives offer spectacular views of mountains, Irish sea coast and
nearby Carlingford Lough. |
